This feature can now be done ONLY by a Mazda Dealer using MDARS (Mazda Dealer and Repair Software), Access with correct Mazda VCM-II (pass-through) and Dealer Online Portal. To force stop the Spotify app, tap Clear cache/data and then Force stop. To clear the app cache solely, tap Clear cache/data there or go to Spotify > Settings and scroll to Clear cache and tap on it.
